The Vemag Automatic Casing Loading Magazine 206 is used to automatically load collagen, cellulose or artificial casings into the LPG 202 Length Portioning Machine. The 206 is an upgrade to the LPG202 – the combination of the two attachments creates a fully automated line that achieves the highest speeds possible for linking sausages. This is the ultimate solution for running sausages in collagen casings. It produces linked sausages of identical length and weight.
The 206 is compatible with all Vemag HP-E and DP-E models. The casing magazine can handle casings up to 420 mm in length.
If your desired end product is individual sausages, then add the Vemag TM203 Link Cutting Machine to your line. The LPG202/206 feeds the linked sausage directly into the TM203 where they are precisely cut into individual sausages. The TM203 is optimized to cut all types of fresh sausage, reaching cutting speeds of up to 1,200 per minute. The TM203 guides the strings of sausages to ensure that cuts are exactly centered every time. The results are quality closed ends and superior looking individual sausages.
