The Vemag Automatic Casing Loading Magazine 206 is used to automatically load collagen, cellulose or artificial casings into the LPG 202 Length Portioning Machine. The 206 is an upgrade to the LPG202 – the combination of the two attachments creates a fully automated line that achieves the highest speeds possible for linking sausages. This is the ultimate solution for running sausages in collagen casings. It produces linked sausages of identical length and weight.
If the next step in your process is to hang the strings of linked sausage on a smoke stick, then add the Vemag AH204 Hanging Machine to your line. The AH204 eliminates the manual labor of hanging sausage by hand. It automatically hangs strings of sausages onto a long series of conveyed hooks. Once hung, the strings of sausages can be easily removed from the hooks using a smoke stick.
The hook advance speed of the AH204 can be adjusted for the product and type of hanging (individually, in pairs, etc.). The identical spacing between hooks means that sausages are evenly distributed on the smoke stick.
