The Vemag Aeromat Smokehouse is a thermal treatment system that can be configured for reddening, drying, smoking, cooking, boiling, baking, cooling and cold smoking for sausage, meat, poultry and seafood products. You outline the needs of your products: we install a modular system to give you the results that you need. The system is simple to operate and produces unparalleled batch-to-batch uniformity.

The Aeromat has a unique air circulation system with two sets of injection ducts and one return duct to ensure uniform temperatures and air flow. Air is circulated many times per minute and a mixing chamber can combine low temperature and high temperature air, smoke, and low pressure steam. The unique air circulation system ensures uniformly cooked product and minimum weight loss, with consistent core temperatures and color.

The Aeromat uses a flow-optimized flat-tube heat exchanger that considerably reduces heating-up and treatment times. The walls are more than 3” thick and insulated with CFC-free hard polyurethane foam for outstanding heat insulation. Everything is monitored by the innovative control system. These features minimize energy consumption.

Solid stainless steel construction and hygienic design allow fast and thorough cleaning.
