The Scansect is a high performance meat slicer and portioner that offers maximum yield. The Scansect combines the advantages of a continuous-feed slicer with a conventional gripper system. The fixed product minimizes end piece waste and allows perfectly controlled product stability during slicing. Fully automated release of first and last piece in combination with grouping gives an effective reworking of the sliced pieces.
