Reiser has designed a variety of Meatball Forming systems for all production requirements. The systems combine a Vemag Stuffer with Reiser's proven Meatball Forming Head attachments. The Meatball Forming Heads are available in single, double, triple, six head, and 12-outlet designs depending on production needs.
Vemag Stuffer
At the heart of the system lies the Vemag Stuffer. The Vemag features a powerful positive displacement double-screw pump which provides the highest levels of portioning accuracy. The double-screw transports product extremely gently and without smearing. The Vemag is available in various models and hopper capacities to meet any production requirement.
Meatball Former
The Meatball Former accurately shapes and portions all types of ball-shaped products. It can produce upwards of 1,500 portions per minute at weights ranging from 1/8 ounce to 3 ounces and up. Other systems require hardware changeovers to produce such a weight range, while the Reiser system requires only a simple adjustment.
The Meatball Forming attachment can be located away from the Vemag Stuffer, allowing plant configurations that were previously considered impossible.
